What does Crop PDF not protect?

It adjusts the visible area but underlying content beyond the crop box may still exist in the file.

What this does not protect

• Cropping sets the CropBox but does not permanently remove content outside the visible area.
• Extremely aggressive margins may hide important text or graphics near page edges.
• It cannot fix compromised devices, accounts, or unsafe sharing channels.
