How to use Fill PDF Forms

  1. Upload a PDF that contains interactive form fields such as text boxes, checkboxes, or dropdowns.
  2. Click Load form fields to detect and display all fillable fields in the document.
  3. Enter values for each detected field using the appropriate input controls.
  4. Optionally enable Flatten to lock field values permanently and remove editability.
  5. Click Fill and download to generate the completed PDF.

Tips

  • Use the flatten option when sharing completed forms to prevent recipients from editing your entries.
  • Leave fields blank if you want to preserve their current values from the original PDF.
  • Radio and dropdown fields show all available options detected from the form structure.
